A two-day minimum stay is required from September through mid June. { Except during school vacations.} A three-day minimum is required for mid June through August. The Spruce Moose House is
also available on a weekly basis during the summer months. Photos of all
the refurnished and updated rooms coming soon.
The Spruce Moose House has a beautiful open concept kitchen complete with all amenities including a dishwasher. It has an adorable little breakfast nook and a seated bar area facing the open sun room which overlooks a private fenced in stone patio.
The living room has a beautiful gas insert river stone fireplace, couches and cable TV. The living room overlooks a beautiful front porch on which reportedly Babe Ruth spent many
hours!
The 1st floor bathroom contains an oversized tile shower and a separate area with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The upstairs Master Bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a king size bed, cable TV, and a sliding door leading to a small balcony. It is very bright and open.
A smaller room across the hall has a queen size bed and cable TV.
A wonderful claw foot tub completes the beautifully tiled upstairs bathroom which also includes a large shower.
The Spruce Moose House also features a finished basement with a queen size bed, a twin bed, cable TV and plenty of room.
